Cat dealer rebuild/ reman components. Engine, TC, trans, bevel SCABS and final drives
Cat dealer rebuild hydraulics. Valves, cylinders
Replace all trans hoses with Cat
Replace all hydraulic hoses with cat
Replace all coolant hoses with cat
Replace all engine, trans, hydraulic chassis harnesses
Rebuild radiator, coolers, nose cone and associated parts
Rebuild hydraulic tank and associated components
Rebuild cab including all liners, mat, seat, wipers, washers, window tint
2 x 9kg fire extinguisher and 1 x 1kg in cab extinguisher
Replace all AC components
Supply and fit UHF, install wiring only for mine radio
Supply and fit canvas seat cover
Supply and fit beacon
Rebuild ripper as required
Rebuild blade and push arms
Sand blast, prime and paint chassis and all parts.
Supply and fit company logo and asset number decals
Repair panels, fenders and all guards
E stops and isolators.
Fit new Cat tracks and segments
Idlers and rollers as required, replace all with new
Track frame repairs as required
Blade wear package
Supply and install Q tec fire suppression
Supply and install cat ladder
Supply and install walkways
Supply and install cat auto lube
Supply and install cat cab pressuriser
Supply and install Cat reverse camera
